ICEd is an academic discussion event in which participants will share their knowledge and new idea as well as to discuss current development in their respective field. This year theme “Education and Language for Sustainable Development: Social Responsibility, and Global Citizenship” is a comprehensive initiative aimed at integrating sustainable development principles into education and language learning. This program recognizes the urgent need to promote social responsibility and cultivate a sense of global citizenship among educators & linguist. Therefore, to understand the role of educators and linguist on sustainable development, especially how education and language continued to contribute the social responsibility and global citizenship, Association of Language Teachers in Southeast Asia (ALTSA) & University College of Yayasan Pahang initiate the 9th International Conference on Language and Education (ICLE) 2023 & 3rd International Conference on Education upon a theme “Education and Language for Sustainable Development: Social Responsibility, and Global Citizenship” as the platform of intellectual sharing on information and experiences pertaining to the afore-mentioned issues as well as to strengthen communication amongst faculty members, administrators, policy makers, researchers, and students at different layers of educational settings.

• Will lead to significant contribution to the knowledge base in the fields of scope.
• This conference will help the delegates to establish research as well as to find local and international linkage for future collaboration.

• To provide researchers, classroom practitioners and education leaders with an academic forum for sharing current research findings and teaching practice on the influence of new technologies, policy and learning systems on education.
• To share best practice and research on current trends in education learning, teaching and assessment.
